The app

The Old Ways for iOS collects no data whatsoever. There are no accounts, no sign-ins, no analytics, no advertising identifiers, no crash reporters, and no tracking of any kind. The app's App Store privacy label reads Data Not Collected, and it means exactly that.

All content — the texts, rituals, calendar, and your reading progress — lives only on your device.
The oracle's AI model runs entirely on your device. Your questions are never transmitted anywhere.
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details, name, or Apple ID.
The app makes no network requests to our servers — we don't operate any.

This website

theoldways.co is a static site. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics scripts, and contains no trackers. Our hosting provider may process standard server logs (such as IP addresses) as part of operating and securing the service, as all web hosts do; we do not use these to identify anyone.

Children

The app and site collect no data from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the change will appear on this page with a new effective date. Given that our policy is to collect nothing, we do not expect it to change.
